Those who are interested in attending the conference are requested to register electronically. Once applicants are registered and the fee is paid, participants will get conference updates.
The registration fee covers full access to all technical & networking sessions and symposia of the conference, conference KIT, and two lunches and snacks including tea/coffee during the conference.

Payment Procedure
Payments should be made with details of category, abstract identification (if applicable), and the name and address of the participant. Failure to do so will result in the payment not being processed. Please send a copy of your payment receipt to conference@kias.org.np for confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Those who are unable to attend the conference will receive a full refund provided that requests for refund is received by 15 September 2024. A 30% administrative fee will apply.
